Mother nature has given us...

Hello! Welcome to my blog. In this blog, I will tell you about my weekend in Saint George.

Finally, the weather in Utah is turning into above 97 Fahrenheit or as we say in Europe 25 degree Celsius. That means find the sun and get tanned.

For this weekend I planned together with friends to go to Sand Hollow and enjoy our last weekend before finals week. The weather was nice, I was with awesome people and had an amazing time.

Sand Hollow is a state park located in Utah, 45 minutes awesome from Cedar City and 15 minutes away from Saint George. It is a reservoir and an extensive off-highway vehicle recreation area on Sand Mountain. The reservoir was officially dedicated in 2003 and surrounds the Sand Hollow Reservoir. After that Sand Hollow quickly became a popular site for camping, fishing, boating, and ATV riding on nearby sand dunes.

In the summer warm, blue waters and a gorgeous landscape is Sand Hollow one of the most popular state park. Whether you’re looking for a place to relax on the beach, to take your boat out, or for some off-road experiences, Sand Hollow is the place for you.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t rent a buggy, because everything was rented out. Keep in mind that you have to reserve a buggy or ATV if you want to take an off-road adventure.

The first day I went with my roommates. I HAD THE BEST TIME OF MY LIFE. For the first time jumped off a cliff, roasted like a chicken and then went out for dinner.

The second day I was with all my friends. A typical Sunday! Again, roast like a chicken in the sun swam in the unfortunately still slightly too cold water and went out for dinner at BUFFALO WILD WINGS #deliciousfood. As icing on the cake, we went to Yogurtland. Totally up and running!

After such a relaxed weekend I am ready to follow my last lesson week. The end is almost in sight #unfortunately!

Get inspired
