Antelope canyon and Horseshoe Bend…

Hello! Welcome to my blog. In this blog I will tell you about Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend.

We got an international group together and went to Page, Arizona. In Page is an incredible canyon known as Antelope Canyon. It was a beautiful day to go on a tour. The prices were a little expensive, but it is so worth it. They are trying to preserve the canyon the best that they can. You get a tour guide to go through with you. Ours was so nice! He posed us for pictures and knew all the best places in the canyon. I love to make photos and videos and the guide was very willing to help me find good places to do that. He watched out for us and made sure we had fun the whole time we were there.

About 80% of the visitors in the canyon that day were Chinese. It was so funny to be in America and hear the main language being spoken Chinese. In order to avoid the crowds, try to go early in the morning. From where we live in Utah, it is about a three-hour drive. It may be a good idea to block out a whole day and camp.

After, we drove over to Horseshoe Bend. First of all, I am not a hiker. All these hikes in Utah and around have almost killed me. It seems easy, but it is so hard. WARNING: Take hike shoes and be fit as possible. The hike is a bit dangerous because of the steep ravine. Try not to look out too far over the edge! It was a really nice place and an excellent photo-op for us videographers.

Arizona is very similar to Utah. It is filled with desert beauty that is worth the drive if you get a chance.

Some other nature things to see in Arizona:

- Lake Havasu

- Grand Canyon

- Lake Powell

- Sedona

- Little Jamaica
